The goal

Bottles Up, owned by Y’Esha J. Williams, brings personalized drinks to weddings, reunions, parties, conventions and alcohol-free events. The brand needed to feel as polished as the service, look consistent from a phone screen to an event banner, and turn interest into quote requests during the busiest booking season of the year.

Logo refresh

The new mark frames a champagne coupe and rising bubbles inside an arched doorway, a nod to hospitality and the idea of a bar that arrives at your door. It keeps the lime and gold energy of the original flyer and its tagline, “We’ll bring the bar to you,” in a system with stacked, horizontal, icon and one-color versions.

Brand guide

A one-page guide sets the palette, type and voice so every flyer, post and ad looks like it came from the same host: polished, warm and always ready with a zero-proof option.

Meta Ads

Three creatives, each with one message and one call to action, so results show which message books the most events: a signature drink for any celebration, a timely holiday booking push and a zero-proof ad for Stories and Reels.

Meta feed ad: Your event. Your signature drink. Get a quote
Feed, 1:1 · Signature drink
Meta feed ad: Holiday parties are booking now. Check your date
Feed, 4:5 · Holiday booking
Meta Stories ad: Zero-proof? We pour that, too. Plan your menu
Stories and Reels, 9:16 · Zero-proof

Display ads

A five-size Google Ads display set rotates the same three messages to retarget landing page visitors, keeping the logo, headline and lime call-to-action button readable at every size.

Landing page

Every ad points to one focused page: the promise up top, the events Bottles Up serves, a three-step process, a sample custom menu, a zero-proof section and a quote form with click-to-call on mobile.

Channels

Timeline
